## Step 1. 관리자 수강신청 <mark style="color:green;">개별 추가(관리자 개별 수강등록)</mark>

관리자가 직접 개별적으로 강의 등록해주는 것을 희망하실 경우, **\[수강신청]** 메뉴에서 개별추가 기능을 활용해주시기 바랍니다.

1. 개별 추가란에 \[사번/이메일/이름] & \[강의명/강의코드] 입력 후 신청할 목록을 선택합니다.
2. 신청목록(대상자 및 강의) 선택 후, **'추가'** 버튼 클릭하여 목록에 추가합니다.

관리자가 직접 일괄적으로 강의 등록해주는 것을 희망하실 경우, **\[수강신청]** 메뉴탭에서 일괄추가 기능을 활용해주시기 바랍니다.

1. **\[수강신청]** 메뉴에서 **'수강신청 양식 다운로드'**&#xB97C; 클릭합니다.
2. 엑셀 파일(.csv)에는 [**\[멤버관리\]** ](https://inflab-1.gitbook.io/manual/userguide/usermanaging/um1)메뉴에 등록된 멤버 사번/학번(uuid) 및 강의ID(course\_id)를 입력하시고, 파일을 저장한 후 **'수강신청 파일 업로드'**&#xB97C; 클릭하여 파일을 업로드 합니다.

## 참고. 관리자 수강신청 개별/일괄 추가 시 <mark style="color:green;">오류 해결방법</mark>

관리자가 수강신청(수강등록) 개별/일괄 추가 했을 때, 오류가 발생하면 비고란에 오류 내역이 표시되며 해당 영역은 붉은색으로 표시됩니다. 오류가 발생하는 대표적인 케이스는 아래와 같습니다.

1. 현재 해당 강의 수강생입니다 → 이미 수강중인 강의를 추가(등록)한 경우
2. 등록된 멤버가 아닙니다 → [**\[멤버관리\]**](https://inflab-1.gitbook.io/manual/userguide/usermanaging/um1) 등록되지 않은 사번인 경우
3. 아직 인프런 계정이 없는 멤버입니다 → 멤버가비밀번호 설정을 완료하지 않은 경우
4. 수강신청할 수 없는 강의입니다 → 강의ID가 잘못 기재된 경우

**상기 오류 내역 확인하여 수정한 후 재추가 진행하면 수강신청이 가능한 상태로 변경됩니다.**
